Amenities are limited to free breakfast buffet and a fitness center. The 2017 renovations have given it a modern look from the inside, which also extends into the guestrooms which provide travelers with free internet access, room for work and a good night’s sleep at a minimum. The hotel has 195 guestrooms across 14 floors. They are all non-smoking and feature one or two beds. Connecting and accessible rooms are available in limited quantities too. Note that only service animals are allowed at this time. Standard room amenities include free WiFi, 42-inch TV, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee and tea, as well as work space with an ergonomic chair and electrical outlets.

St Lawrence Market and the Distillery Historic District with dining shopping and cultural events are within walking distance as well. The nearest subway stations are the Queen and King station. TTC streetcar stops with east- and westbound services are a couple of blocks away as well.
