Cawthra Square’s Event Planning staff is available to plan corporate retreats and business meetings. The Cawthra have a variety of meeting rooms, including formal Parlours for smaller groups of up to 25. For larger functions, the Cawthra has restored the historic stables as a multi-function room, which can accommodate up to 50 persons for catered dining or meetings. The adjacent terrace can be accessed in summer for even larger functions.

The Cawthra serves a daily breakfast buffet from 7:30 until 1 p.m. The kitchen is open to guests for coffee, tea, juices, snacks, ice and filtered water 24 hours a day. The Cawthra also serves high tea on weekend afternoon. Guests can also take advantage of a fully equipped Spa on site, with Reflexology, Therapeutic Touch Massage, facials, aromatherapy whirlpool baths and wraps. The Cawthra’s library is available for guest use at any time at no charge and offers wireless internet connection, fax and laser printer.
